What we're looking for
- A qualified teacher or experienced tutor (state teaching certification a plus)
- Fluent English
- Available 15+ hours per week, including 8+ hours between 4–10 PM ET
- Comfortable with basic tech: reliable internet, a headset, and a computer
- A warm, strong communicator who builds real relationships with students and families
- Ready to commit for at least 18 months — our students stay with the same teacher, so continuity matters (and it means steady, ongoing work for you)
