Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Online Senior English Instructor. The responsibilities include planning and delivering high-quality English lessons aligned with CEFR standards. You will assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust instructional approaches to support learners' language development. Additionally, you will collaborate with the academic team to ensure engaging, interactive, and goal-oriented lessons that meet students’ needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching skills
- Experience in Education and curriculum design aligned with CEFR standards
- Strong command of Writing skills to effectively create, analyze, and improve educational materials
- Demonstrated ability to connect with and motivate students of diverse backgrounds
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification preferred)
- Proficiency in teaching English online, with strong familiarity with digital teaching tools
- Prior experience teaching Middle Eastern students is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for student success
