- Confidence handling advanced and exam-level problems with clear, step-by-step explanations
- Minimum 1–2 years of tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience
- Online teaching experience preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly, patiently, and in a student-friendly way
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- A working laptop/computer with webcam and microphone
- A quiet, distraction-free space for online sessions
- Consistent weekly schedule with flexibility across US time zones
