Role: Working remotely 1-1 with upper echelon clientele, we work with career driven, successful professional women looking to lose weight and teaching them how to sustain their results long-term. This will be a full-time role in just a few months. Their will be a short ramp up period of 1-2 months to build up client roster to full capacity. This position is designed for an individual to grow into a Head Coach Role and be with our company full time
Ideal fit is for someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset but wants to be an intrapreneur within a growing company
For our elite clients with do full blood work and genetic testing so someone with a background in healthcare or experience in genetic testing is preferred
Someone with a high level of experience with Trainerize is also preferred
Results: Coaches are expected to be able to reach out to clients multiple times per week, and make sure they are getting results and delivering an incredible client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Performing weekly check ins and providing updates to clients on an as needed basis (Nutrition & Exercise)
- Having 1-1 Calls with Clients on a bi-weekly basis
- Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership.
- Being active and engaging with clients in our client community
- Being able to show up to team calls weekly
- Perform client retention calls into our Next Level Program once clients initial time is up and maintain high retention rate
Requirements
- High level of experience with Nutrition and the human body
- Experience with online coaching females
- Experience in the fitness industry and working with clients nutrition is a must
- Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific coaching methods
- Must attend weekly team meeting
- Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings
