Since its launch in September 2020, Codingal has empowered over 40,000 students through competitions and high-quality coding education. The curriculum is aligned with a standardized K-12 Computer Science framework, making learning both fun and effective.
Position: Online Coding Teacher
We are seeking enthusiastic coding teachers who share our mission and have the skills to teach young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive online coding classes to school students
- Motivate and inspire students to start learning coding early
- Monitor student progress, evaluate assignments, and provide constructive feedback
- Commit to a minimum of 100 teaching hours per month
- Conduct one-on-one sessions from home
- Regularly communicate with parents/guardians and share student progress
Requirements
- Strong passion for teaching school students (prior experience is a plus)
- Engineering or technical background with a curious mindset
- Availability to work flexible shifts between 2:30 AM and 6:30 AM (minimum 4 hours daily)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Access to a laptop with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection
- Graduation is mandatory

Earnings & Growth
You can earn up to ₹90,000 per month depending on your availability. Selected candidates will receive professional training on the curriculum, along with ongoing development programs. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team dedicated to transforming coding education for kids.
