Job Description
We are looking for experienced and passionate Subject Matter Experts across Physics,
Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Accounts, Business Studies, Economics, and Arts
subjects (History, Political Science, Geography), English and Hindi to create high-quality
academic content and deliver engaging video lectures for Class 10th to 12th (Board Exams).
The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, a deep understanding of board-specific
exam patterns (MP, Rajasthan, UP, Bihar), and the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear,
structured, and engaging explanations for students.
Video Lectures:
● Record engaging, well-structured video lessons for Class 10th to 12th
● Deliver concept clarity (PCM/PCB) and structured explanations (Commerce/Arts),
● Maintain strong on-camera presence and student engagement
PPT Development & Analysis:
● Create and review visually effective PPTs aligned with lecture flow
● Analyze content before recording to ensure clarity and logical structure
● Suggest improvements for better explanation and student understanding
Content Creation:
● Develop structured study materials including:
○ PCM/PCB: Numericals, concept notes, problem-solving approaches
○ Commerce/Arts: Theory notes, case studies, answer-writing formats
○ English: Grammar, comprehension, writing skills, literature explanations
○ Hindi: Vyakaran, sahitya, lekhan kaushal
● Create mock tests, important questions, and detailed solutions
● Align content with board-specific requirements and exam trends
Board-Specific Alignment:
● Ensure content is tailored to MP, Rajasthan, UP, and Bihar Board patterns
● Adapt language and explanation style (Hindi/Hinglish) based on target audience
● Focus on answer-writing formats, scoring patterns, and frequently asked topics
Data Preparation (AI Support):
● Organize and structure content for AI-powered learning systems
● Tag and prepare data for adaptive learning experiences
Lecture Review & Quality Control:
● Review recorded lectures for accuracy, clarity, and engagement
● Continuously improve delivery based on feedback
Collaboration & Feedback:
● Work closely with content, product, and production teams
● Provide feedback on content quality, PPTs, and learning effectiveness
● Collaborate to improve student outcomes at scale
Requirements
● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant subject area
(Science / Commerce / Arts as per specialization)
● Strong subject expertise in any of the following:
○ PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics)
○ PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
○ Commerce (Accounts, Business Studies, Economics)
○ Arts (History, Political Science, Geography)
○ English (Grammar, writing, literature, comprehension)
○ Hindi (Vyakaran, sahitya, writing formats)
● 2–4 years of teaching or academic content creation experience (preferred)
● Familiarity with MP / Rajasthan / UP / Bihar Board curriculum
● Strong communication and explanation skills (Hindi required)
● Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners
● Proficiency in PowerPoint and digital teaching tools
● Comfortable with recording and content delivery
● Laptop required
