Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Native Level IELTS Teacher role based in Dubai. The teacher will deliver engaging IELTS preparation classes, including Academic and General Training, using structured lesson plans aligned with exam requirements. Daily responsibilities include assessing student levels, providing targeted feedback, monitoring progress, and adapting teaching methods to support diverse learning styles. The role involves creating practice materials, organizing mock tests, tracking performance data, and offering guidance on exam strategies, language skills, and study habits. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum quality and participate in student consultations to help learners set and reach realistic IELTS score objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong teaching and education skills, with experience delivering IELTS or similar English language exam preparation.
- Proficiency in lesson planning and training, including designing structured, goal-oriented lesson plans and practice activities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex language concepts clearly and provide constructive feedback.
- Native-level proficiency in English, with strong command of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and academic writing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications (e.g., CELTA, TEFL, TESOL) are an advantage.
- Experience teaching in a classroom setting, preferably with multinational or multilingual student groups.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and maintain a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
