Key Responsibilities
- Serve as IGN’s representative for MUN-related communication with schools, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Deliver engaging presentations about MUN programs to schools and prospective partners.
- Conduct MUN coaching sessions for students.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve delegate performance.
- Contribute to the development of MUN coaching materials and curriculum.
- Collaborate with the content team as on-camera talent for MUN-related social media content, including videos, reels, and educational posts.
- Support the preparation and execution of company-organized MUN events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong English proficiency, both spoken and written, is a must.
- Excellent public speaking, teaching, and communication skills.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable handling dynamic situations.
- Passion for education, youth development, and student growth.
- Patient, supportive, and able to engage students effectively.
- Prior experience in MUN, debate, coaching, or teaching is a plus.
- Experience teaching children/teenagers is preferred.
- Candidates based in Jabodetabek are preferred for occasional hybrid activities, but applicants from across Indonesia are encouraged to apply.
