Job Summary
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through age-appropriate activities and play-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Encourage learning through play, storytelling, music, art, and hands-on activities.
- Support the social, emotional, and physical development of each child.
- Monitor and assess students' progress and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and welfare of all children.
- Organize classroom materials, learning aids, and educational displays.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff development programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and curriculum delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori, or equivalent.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills.
