Role Description The Montessori Material Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons using Montessori materials in alignment with the school’s contemporary and Islamic educational framework. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, where the teacher will prepare the classroom environment, organize learning activities, and support learners in self-directed exploration. Daily tasks include observing learner progress, maintaining and rotating Montessori materials, integrating Islamic values into classroom routines, and collaborating with other educators and school staff. The teacher will also communicate regularly with families, participate in training and staff meetings, and contribute to school events and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience applying Montessori principles in the classroom.
  • Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Training skills to design structured, purposeful learning experiences.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with learners, families, and colleagues.
  • Formal Montessori training or certification and familiarity with Islamic educational values are highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, along with prior experience working with young learners, is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a well-organized classroom, demonstrate patience and empathy, and work collaboratively within a school team.
