At the heart of every Changemaker Microschool is our signature Mind, Body, Soul (MBS) Curriculum — a transformative program for both children and adults. MBS integrates mindset and emotional intelligence, health and nutrition, and a connection to purpose and meaning. It’s not just what we teach — it’s how we grow.

This is an opportunity to launch, lead, and own or operate a microschool without the limitations of traditional school systems. - Find a suitable facility for your microschool with guidance from our team on zoning, leasing, and setup.

- Manage daily operations, including student engagement, community outreach, and school systems—supported by our playbooks, tools, and team.

- Collaborate with the Changemaker team and other Founders, sharing insights and receiving peer mentorship.

Qualifications:
- Background in working with children in any field.
- Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week of work to set up your microschool and meet with the Changemaker team and your cohort.
- Commitment to full-time operation of your microschool starting in Fall 2026 or Fall 2027.
- Ability to take a risk and embody an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Deep passion for creating innovative and self-directed learning environments.
- A clear vision for your microschool that inspires and engages others.
- Strong community connections and dedication to addressing local educational needs.
- Adaptability and ability to meet diverse student needs.
- Experience with students in teaching, coaching, or similar roles preferred.
- A Bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred but not required. We welcome all committed changemakers.
