We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Public Speaking Mentor located in Sleman/Yogyakarta, Yogyakarta to join our team. This role will primarily involve teaching online and offline. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in public speaking, master of ceremony hosting (or a similar field), along with a passion for teaching and inspiring others. Other than that, candidate must be fluent in English in professional scope.
Responsibilities :
- Teaching from established materials
- Conducting online and offline classes
- Adjusting teaching methods based on student needs and progress
- Offering constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their public speaking skills
- Eventually transitioning to offline teaching, once deemed proficient in the online teaching format
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in public speaking, master of ceremony hosting, or a similar role
- Strong ability to teach and inspire others
- Fluent in English for professional work
- Proficiency in using Zoom for conducting classes
- Possession of a laptop for conducting online classes
- Flexibility to teach during evening hours
- Availability to teach on weekends and/or national holidays
- Punctuality and strong time management skills
