Key Responsibilities:
✅ Mentor and guide UPSC aspirants throughout their preparation journey
✅ Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to help students build personalized study plans
✅ Track students' progress and provide continuous performance feedback
✅ Resolve academic queries related to UPSC Prelims, Mains, and Interview preparation
✅ Conduct mentorship sessions, orientation programs, and motivational workshops
✅ Analyze mock test performance and suggest improvement strategies
✅ Coordinate with Faculty, Content, and Academic teams to enhance student outcomes
✅ Ensure high student engagement, retention, and success rates
Required Skills:
✔ 2+ years of experience in UPSC Mentoring, Teaching, or Academic Counseling
✔ Strong understanding of the UPSC Civil Services Examination pattern, syllabus, and preparation strategy
✔ Experience in mentoring UPSC aspirants and creating personalized study plans
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and counseling skills
✔ Ability to motivate, guide, and build long-term relationships with students
✔ Familiarity with current affairs, answer writing, and interview guidance is preferred
✔ Prior experience with a UPSC or Competitive Exam EdTech platform will be an added advantage
