Be able to show great initiative and strong behaviour management in the classroom Engage with pupils and make sure they are kept on task Plan & deliver strong Maths Lessons The desire to make a difference in pupils lives To be considered for this role, candidates must have; QTS or Teaching qualification The ability to xekaoyc communicate with and inspire pupils of all abilities 2 Educational / School based references A strong commitment to raising standards Hold strong behaviour management skills and be able to engage pupils regardless of their ability and background
