Job Description: Mathematics Teacher (Grade 8 – 12)
We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching CBSE curriculum Mathematics to students from Class 8th to 12th. This role demands a blend of traditional classroom teaching and modern digital instruction, as classes will be conducted in both online and offline modes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lecture Delivery: Conduct high-energy, conceptually clear, and engaging Mathematics classes for Grades 8 through 12 in both online and offline formats.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Design and set comprehensive question papers (for periodic tests, term exams, and mock boards) and ensure timely, constructive correction of answer sheets.
- Resource & Content Creation: Develop high-quality assignments, DPPs (Daily Practice Problems), and mock tests. Create digital content, including recorded video lectures and step-by-step video solutions for complex problems.
- Doubt Resolution: Organize and conduct dedicated doubt-clearing sessions to ensure no student is left behind, adapting to different learning speeds.
- Progress Tracking: Conduct periodic tests, monitor student performance, and provide detailed feedback to both students and parents.
Candidate Requirements & Skills
- Language Proficiency: 100% fluency and command of the English language. The medium of communication must be strictly English for teaching.
- Subject Expertise: Deep understanding of the CBSE Mathematics syllabus for secondary and senior secondary classes
- Soft Skills: High level of patience to handle diverse classroom dynamics, dedicated mindset towards student growth, and strong classroom management skills.
- Punctuality: Absolute commitment to class timings, schedules, and administrative deadlines.

Qualifications
