Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for classes 11 and 12 in accordance with the CBSE/State curriculum.
- Develop comprehensive teaching materials, worksheets, and assessment tools to enhance student understanding.
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments, analyze results, and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify and support students with learning difficulties through remedial classes and personalized guidance.
- Participate actively in faculty meetings, curriculum development sessions, and school improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior teachers and contribute to professional development programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
- Engage with parents and guardians through meetings, conferences, and communication portals to discuss student performance.
- Promote a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and problem‑solving.
Essential Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Mathematics (or related field) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teacher training certification (preferred).
- Valid teaching eligibility (CTET/NET) as per Indian regulations.
- Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- In‑depth knowledge of the CBSE/State syllabus for classes 11‑12.
Desired Experience
- Minimum 2‑3 years of teaching experience at the higher secondary level (classes 11‑12).
- Demonstrated success in improving student academic performance and examination results.
