The position is a full-time term opportunity targeting the K-12 mathematics curriculum for adult learners. As part of the Programs Provincial Leadership team, you will enhance student engagement while guiding schools and educators in evidence-based teaching practices. Travel within the region will be essential, and the role begins September 8, 2026, concluding June 25, 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of numeracy/mathematics programming
• Collaborate with education leaders and learning partners
• Mentor educators in effective teaching strategies
• Analyze data to inform instructional practices
• Facilitate professional learning and capacity building
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education, Master preferred
• At least 5 years of K-12 teaching experience
• NL Teaching Certificate
• Understanding of adult and adolescent learning needs
• Proficient in data analysis for instructional support
