Position Summary
Kuwait Technical College invites applications for the position of Full-Time Mathematics Instructor. The successful candidate will teach mathematics courses that support engineering, business, and technology programs while fostering student achievement in a learner-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate mathematics courses.
- Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize educational technologies to enhance student learning.
- Contribute to departmental committees and institutional activities.
- Support accreditation, quality assurance, and institutional effectiveness initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Degrees awarded by accredited universities through traditional, on-campus study.
- Demonstrated teaching experience in higher education or equivalent academic settings.
- Strong communication and instructional skills.

- Experience teaching mathematics to engineering or technology students.
