Position Summary
We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Mathematics Curriculum Designer to design an outstanding K–12 mathematics curriculum that inspires curiosity and develops deep conceptual understanding.
This role is responsible for creating world-class lesson plans, assessments, teacher resources, learning activities, and student projects aligned with international standards while making math enjoyable and personalized for every learner.
This is not a textbook-writing role.
You will design learning experiences that make students think, solve, explore, and love mathematics.
Key ResponsibilitiesCurriculum Design
- Design a complete K–12 mathematics curriculum.
- Build structured learning pathways from beginner to advanced levels.
- Develop lesson objectives and learning outcomes.
- Ensure every lesson follows a logical progression.
- Design concept-first learning experiences rather than memorization.
Lesson Development
Create:
- Student lesson plans
- Teacher lesson plans
- Guided practice
- Independent practice
- Homework
- Challenge activities
- Enrichment exercises
- Revision materials

Assessment Development
Design high-quality:
- Diagnostic Assessments

QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching or designing K–12 mathematics curriculum.
- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts from elementary through high school.
- Excellent written English.
- Strong instructional design skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred
- Master's degree in Mathematics or Education.
- Experience with international curricula (Common Core, Singapore Math, Cambridge, IB, or similar).
- Experience creating online learning content.
- Experience using AI tools responsibly to improve curriculum development.
- Experience working in EdTech or online education.
