Role Description
We are seeking a freelance on-site Master Teacher for the DIY & Jawa Tengah region. The Master Teacher will plan and deliver high-quality English lessons, using a variety of teaching strategies to actively engage students in a physical classroom setting. Responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom management, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves collaborating with fellow educators to improve the curriculum and participating in training to maintain top teaching standards.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in lesson planning and classroom teaching
- Strong communication and teaching abilities
- Experience in teacher training and professional development is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field (preferably English Education or English Literature)
- Excellent command of the English language (minimum C1 proficiency)
- Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire students in an offline classroom setting
- Experience in teaching IELTS/TOEFL is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Previous teaching experience (offline and/or online) is highly valued
- Willingness to teach in the evening if needed
- Experienced in teaching young learners (3-10 years old)
