Role Description The Master AI Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and refining AI training programs for learners, with a focus on practical skill development and ethical application of AI in social impact contexts. This full-time, on-site role in Coimbatore involves planning and conducting classroom and lab sessions, creating learning materials, and mentoring participants as they work on AI projects and real-world problem statements. The role includes evaluating learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and continuously improving curricula based on emerging AI tools, industry trends, and participant needs. The Master AI Trainer will collaborate with program managers, other trainers, and partner organizations to align training outcomes with Nirmaan’s goals in education, skill development, and employability. The role may also involve supporting outreach activities, contributing to proposal development, and representing Nirmaan in relevant workshops, events, and partner engagements.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in AI concepts and practices, including machine learning fundamentals, data handling, and responsible AI use.
- Experience in training, teaching, or mentoring learners in technical or digital skills, preferably in classroom or lab-based settings.
- Ability to design and refine curriculum, create learning resources, and assess learner progress using clear evaluation criteria.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse learner groups.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications or AI training credentials are an advantage.
- Comfort with using digital tools, learning management systems, and collaboration platforms to support instruction and program delivery.
- Demonstrated commitment to social impact, inclusion, and ethical technology use, with sensitivity to diverse communities and backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple batches, projects, and reporting
