Position: Marketing & Digital Marketing – Associate Prof / Assistant Professor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced academic professional to join our faculty team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Marketing and Digital Marketing, a strong commitment to teaching excellence, and an active research profile. The role involves teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, supervising research projects, publishing high-quality research, and contributing to the department’s academic and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality lectures in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Branding, Consumer Behavior, Social Media Marketing, SEO/SEM, E-commerce, and related areas.

Develop innovative course content, case studies, and practical learning modules.

Guide and mentor students in academic and career development.

Conduct and publish research in reputed peer-reviewed journals (Scopus, ABDC, etc.).

Supervise Master’s and Ph.D. dissertations.

Participate in curriculum development and accreditation processes.

Engage with industry partners for guest lectures, internships, and placement support.

Organize seminars, workshops, and conferences.

Participate in departmental and institutional committees and activities.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Business Administration or a closely related field (Mandatory).

First-class or equivalent at the preceding degree levels (Master’s and Bachelor’s).

Minimum:

Assistant Professor: 1-3 years of teaching/research/industry experience (post-Ph.D. preferred).

Associate Professor:
At least 6 years of post-Ph.D. teaching and research experience with a good publication record.

Desirable Skills

Proven track record of research publications in high-impact journals.

Strong command of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Hub Spot, SEO/SEM platforms).

Experience with case-based and experiential teaching methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Industry consulting experience will be an added advantage.
