Position: Marker for EVDS 1600 Course
Enhance student success by providing grading and feedback on assignments in the EVDS 1600 course at the University of Manitoba. This part-time Grader/Marker position involves 9 hours of work weekly.

The University of Manitoba seeks a Grader/Marker for the Introduction to Environmental Design (EVDS 1600) course, scheduled to conclude on August 7, 2026. You will grade student work, offer constructive feedback, and potentially assist in test production. Engaging with students through consultation is also a vital aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the course supervisor during orientation

• Evaluate and grade assignments, tests, and projects

• Deliver written feedback on student submissions

• Schedule and maintain consultation hours for students

• Support the creation of testing materials when needed

Requirements:

• Relevant academic credential completion in design

• Sensitive to students’ instructional requirements

• Proficient English language skills

• Valid study permit required for international applicants

• Preference for students enrolled in the relevant department
