Position: Manufacturing Training Instructor Role

As part of our Learning and Development team, you will play an important role in instructing new hires in our in-house Academy. This position allows you to utilize your technical knowledge of aircraft production and enhance learners’ abilities through hands-on training and engaging sessions. Emphasizing safety and quality, you will help shape the future of the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver safety-focused technical training in aviation
• Support the design of manufacturing training materials
• Conduct hands-on practical training sessions
• Evaluate and document student progress
• Contribute to the development of new training courses
Requirements:
• Certification or 10+ years in manufacturing/aviation roles
• Practical experience within aerospace manufacturing or AMO/MRO environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Capability to create engaging instructional materials
• Knowledge of training technologies is an advantage
