Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Faculty based in Madurai. The Management Faculty will be responsible for teaching courses focused on organizational behavior and business management. Core responsibilities include curriculum development, conducting lectures, leading research initiatives, guiding students, and collaborating on academic programs. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends to ensure the curriculum aligns with the needs of the job market.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Organizational Behavior and University Teaching
- Experience in Curriculum Development and designing learning material
- Proficiency in conducting Research in relevant business and management areas
- Marketing knowledge for aligning course content with industry demands
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Management or related field is required
- Prior teaching experience in higher education settings is a plus
- Passion for mentoring and guiding students to achieve career success
