Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Faculty member, based in Madurai. The role involves developing and delivering curriculum for university-level courses, conducting engaging lectures, and facilitating learning in the domain of management studies. Additional responsibilities involve conducting research, mentoring students, and collaborating with faculty colleagues to enhance learning outcomes. The role may also include contributing insights for marketing efforts to promote academic programs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Organizational Behavior and related management disciplines
- Experience in Curriculum Development and creating engaging course content
- Demonstrated ability in conducting Research and contributing to academic literature
- Experience in University Teaching, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge or experience in Marketing is an added advantage
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in modern teaching methodologies and tools
