Key Responsibilities:
• Teach swimmers with our proven Small Steps method
• Build confidence and real swimming skills
• Lead engaging and safe lessons
• Encourage and celebrate student progress
• Communicate effectively with families
Requirements:
• Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification
• National Lifeguard or Bronze Cross credential
• Great with children and families
• Able to work 2 or more shifts weekly
• Calm and coachable under pressure
