Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in Mathematics to join our academic team in Tenali. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience delivering high-quality instruction within the CBSE curriculum for Grades 6–8.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned Mathematics instruction for Grades 6–8 in accordance with the CBSE syllabus.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans, assessments, and interactive learning materials that promote conceptual understanding and critical thinking.
- Monitor student progress through regular evaluations and provide timely, constructive feedback to support individual growth.
- Create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and mathematical confidence.
- Integrate real-world applications and interdisciplinary connections to make mathematics relevant and engaging.
- Collaborate with colleagues to refine teaching strategies, share resources, and contribute to curriculum enhancement initiatives.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and academic planning sessions as required.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field with a B.Ed (Mathematics) qualification (M.Sc. or equivalent).
- Minimum of 4 years of teaching experience in the CBSE curriculum at the middle school level.
- Strong subject knowledge in core Mathematics areas, including Algebra, Geometry, Number Systems, and Data Handling.
- Proven ability to employ diverse, adaptive teaching methods to accommodate varied learning styles and needs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for student development and a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
