Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our Primary Years Programme (PYP) team at Kandukoor, Hyderabad. This role is integral to fostering a nurturing, inquiry-based learning environment for children in Nursery through Grade 1 within the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework. The ideal candidate will be committed to student-centered learning, collaborative teaching practices, and the holistic development of young learners. By creating engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences, this educator will play a key role in building a strong foundation for lifelong learning and curiosity.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver inquiry-driven, play-based learning experiences aligned with the IB PYP framework.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary units of inquiry.
- Assess student progress using formative and summative assessment strategies, and regularly communicate with parents.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
- Support the implementation of the school’s values, policies, and student well being programs.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an early years setting, preferably within an IB school.
- Strong understanding of the IB PYP philosophy and curriculum framework.
- Proven ability to create child-centered, inquiry-based lesson plans.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Notice period of 15 days or less.
- Willingness to work in Kandukoor, Hyderabad.
