Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pre-Primary Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Kushtagi, North Bangalore. This role is essential in fostering a nurturing, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young learners. The teacher will play a pivotal role in shaping foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, social interaction, and emotional growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to child-centered learning, creativity, and collaboration with parents and colleagues to support holistic development.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood curriculum standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Monitor and support the developmental progress of each child, providing individualized attention as needed.
- Collaborate with parents and staff to share insights on student progress and promote consistent learning at home and school.
- Organize and manage classroom materials, activities, and routines to support structured yet flexible learning.
- Participate in professional development, team meetings, and school events as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching pre-primary or early childhood education.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education/NTT/Montessori
- Strong understanding of child development principles and play-based learning methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage a classroom, communicate effectively with children and parents, and work collaboratively in a team.
- Female candidates from Kerala are required to apply.
