Position: Flexible Local Supply Teacher — Day-to-Day & Long-Term
Aspire People is recruiting for Day-to-Day and Long-term Supply Teachers in Newcastle-under-Lyme. This role offers flexibility with the option of working one to five days a week, allowing teachers to remain in the classroom without the full-time responsibilities.
Ideal candidates will have QTS and experience in education, demonstrating strong communication skills and empathy towards children. You’ll provide individual support, collaborate with teachers on tailored lessons, and create an inclusive environment.
