Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate onboarding for new staff members
• Schedule and conduct training refresher sessions
• Provide personalized one-on-one training
• Assess and suggest improvements in training programs
• Communicate with IT for support needs
Requirements:
• Strong technical skill set, particularly in legal admin
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Bilingual skills considered an asset
• Diploma in Legal Assistance or Paralegal studies preferred
