Job Description / Responsibility
Yunus Khan Memorial School & College and Abu Sayed Khan Khokon Memorial Hostel is looking for professionals for their IT-enabled school, college & Hostel "Lecturer-Finance Cum Hostel Super” position in Yunus Khan Memorial School & College and Hostel (https://new.ykmcs.org.bd/) is run under Yunus Khan Mahmuda Khanam Memorial Foundation with academic and technical assistance from bdeducation (www.bdeducation.org.bd). The institution has state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities at Shamurbari, Gaondia, Lauhajong, Munshiganj.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct lectures and practical classes as per academic schedule.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
- Evaluate students’ performance, assignments, and examinations.
- Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, and institutional activities.
- Supervise overall hostel management and daily operations.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and a healthy environment in the hostel.
- Monitor hostel students’ attendance, behavior, and welfare.
- Coordinate hostel staff and oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and security.
- Handle hostel admissions, records, and reporting activities.
- Address students’ concerns, emergencies, and disciplinary matters when required.
- Ensure compliance with institutional rules and hostel policies.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking
- [University of Dhaka, Rajshahi University, Jahangirnagar University, University of Chittagong, Jagannath University ]students will get preference
