Job Responsibilities

Successful candidates are expected to lead research, attract research funds, supervise graduate and undergraduate students, teach, develop undergraduate and graduate classes, and contribute to administrative tasks. The position also includes engagement in academic collaboration with partner universities.

Technical Skills

  • In-depth knowledge related to academic program specializations.
  • Proven teaching and practical expertise in the disciplines related to the academic programs.
  • Ability to work well with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds, professional experience, and aesthetic sensibilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills in English, which is the teaching language.
  • Good management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, communicate effectively, and motivate others.
  • An interest in working collaboratively within RST University and with external partners towards the development of shared projects.
