Teaching Mode
Online Distance Learning (ODL). However, the lecturer must be present at PJ office.
Job Description:
- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
- Develop and update course materials aligned with industry standards.
- Mentor and support students in academic and career development.
- Participate in curriculum design and quality assurance initiatives.
- Conduct applied research and attend professional development activities.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to departmental activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field (required).
- Minimum 5 years of teaching or relevant industry experience.
- Strong background in curriculum design, academic governance, accreditation, or programme management.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and ability to integrate real‑world applications into teaching.
- Digital proficiency with LMS platforms and online teaching tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree and substantial industry experience may be considered.
