Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lecture role based in Noida for Reclutamiento Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres. The lecturer will plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lectures and interactive sessions aligned with the institution’s curriculum and learning outcomes. Daily responsibilities include developing course materials, presentations, and assessments; maintaining accurate records of attendance, performance, and feedback; and providing academic support and guidance to learners. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues on academic initiatives, participating in meetings and training sessions, and ensuring a respectful, inclusive, and professional learning environment. The lecturer is expected to stay current with industry trends and educational best practices to continuously improve teaching quality and learner outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong subject-matter expertise in the relevant academic or professional field, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in classroom teaching, training, or facilitation, including lesson planning and assessment design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on inclusive and learner-centered instruction.
- Ability to manage time effectively, organize multiple courses or sessions, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and learning technologies used for presentations, grading, and learner engagement.
- Commitment to professional ethics, respect for diversity, and creating a safe, supportive learning environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline; teaching certifications or training in pedagogy are an advantage.
- Prior experience working in educational institutions, corporate training, or hospitality/tourism education is beneficial.
