Position: 1:1 Learning Support Assistant — Special Education (ILPs)
Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work with young people aged 7-16 who have learning difficulties and speech and language needs. This full-time, permanent position is based at a special educational needs school, starting in September.
The ideal candidate will support students on a 1:1 basis, helping them access learning according to their Individual Learning Plans. Responsibilities also include enabling students’ participation in activities that promote their independence and personal hygiene.
