Work Model: Hybrid
Travel: Up to ~50% (mostly local within NYC, occasional domestic/international; passport eligibility required)
Compensation: $120K starting salary

Role Overview
We’re looking for a world-class facilitator and trusted partner to deliver credible, human, practical, and unforgettable workshops for executives, managers, and teams at fast-growing startups and global companies (e.g., The New York Times, Reddit, Sony Music, TED).
What You'll Do
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences across formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid) and modalities (training, group coaching, dialogue)
- Prioritize client needs and tailor experiences for diverse audiences
- Lead panels, speaking engagements, and lead-generation events
- Partner with clients and internal teams as a learning experience expert
- Stay current on research and apply feedback to continuously improve
Requirements
Education
- Current coaching certification
- Bachelor’s degree (Graduate degree preferred)
Experience
- 2 years in a client-facing role
- 2 years facilitating or teaching adult learners
- 2 years people management of full-time staff
Knowledge/Skills
- English proficiency
- Understanding of empirical research methods
- Comfort facilitating standardized material
- Executive presence, adaptability, communication, time management
- Tech fluency: Zoom, Google Workspace; AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini)
Hiring Process
- Application + Facilitation Video Submission: Resume, application questions, and a 2-minute video facilitating a mini habit skills workshop (no slides)
- Behavioral & Research Interview: 60 min on Zoom
- Live Facilitation Demo: 45 min on Zoom
- Hiring Manager Conversation: 45 min on Zoom
Live interviews recorded for up to 3 years (deleted earlier upon request).
