Position: Learning Experience Designer

Our client, a professional regulatory organization, seeks a Learning Experience Designer for a 6-month contract. This role demands over 3.5 years of experience in learning design, particularly in corporate or educational environments. You’ll create instructional materials and lead training initiatives to prepare stakeholders for new processes and tools while ensuring clarity in written content.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and launch online, self-paced learning programs
• Create curriculum, objectives, and instructional materials
• Facilitate training sessions for diverse stakeholders
• Conduct user research and feedback sessions to validate needs
• Collaborate with experts to ensure timely delivery of quality solutions
Requirements:
• 3.5+ years in Learning & Development or Instructional Design
• Experience in online and self-paced program delivery
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles and methodologies
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent writing skills for user-friendly content
