We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Learning Consultant to lead and manage structured interviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for the
purpose
of creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will have a background in learning and training, with
hands-on experience
in content creation and stakeholder
communication
.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and conduct structured interviews with SMEs to obtain relevant information related to learning objectives, desired outcomes, processes, workflows, and operational details.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
to understand learning needs and project goals.
Create, review, and finalize SOPs and training documents in line with organizational standards.
Maintain clear
communication
channels with SMEs to gather inputs, validate content, and clarify processes.
Track project milestones, documentation progress, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
Support the development of learning materials based on collected insights and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent
communication skills
.
Bachelor’s degree
2 to 5 years of experience in learning & development, training content creation, or documentation roles.
Proven experience coordinating with SMEs and translating technical or process knowledge into well-structured learning content.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design basics.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, documentation software, or content authoring tools (e.g., MS Word, SharePoint).
Experience with
knowledge management systems and tools.
