Overview: We are seeking an experienced
Learning and Development
Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have an extensive experience in designing, developing and delivering engaging learning content and programs to enhance employee behavioral skills and
leadership
capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, objective, content requirements
Design and develop interactive and engaging learning content, instructor led training materials and so on.
Utilize instructional design methodologies and learning technologies to create effective learner-centric learning experiences
Facilitate learning sessions, workshops, learning interventions using variety of learning methods (virtual/classroom/blended)
Work on identification of potential external partners for programs including design, contextualization and holding them accountable.
Evaluate and assess effectiveness of learning programs through feedback to measure impact
Build strong relationship with business stakeholders and HRBP to build a culture of learning
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in
learning and development
, and integrate
innovative
learning solutions into programs
Independently anchor flagship programs such as Manager Capability, Management Trainee and so on.
Manage a direct team of 1-2 team members, while indirect sphere of influence will be larger.
Qualifications/
Experience:
MBA in HR with 15-20 years of HR experience with minimum 10 years of L&D experience. Preferred industry – Tech/IT. Experience in Talent Management/OD is a plus.
