We're Hiring: Train-the-Trainer Program Facilitators – CONTRACT BASIS
An international training company is looking for L&D professionals who has intensive experience in building and delivering Train-the-Trainer Program in line with SAT standards. We're assembling a team of senior specialists to design and deliver this program across multiple cohorts of trainers.
If you're a seasoned L&D professional with experience in regulated, high-risk industries, we want to hear from you.
We're recruiting for 7 specialist roles:
🔹 Lead Master Trainer (Program Lead) — L&D expert with Train-the-Trainer specialization, Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent), and a strong background in adult learning, facilitation, and assessment design. Leads core courses, ensures delivery consistency, and acts as the face of the program.
🔹 Simulation & Operations Training Specialist — Background in operations training and simulation-based environments. Delivers Simulation Facilitation Fundamentals, debriefing, and practical assessment courses.
🔹 Technical Training & Lab Instruction Specialist — Strong technical instructor background (engineering, maintenance, RP). Delivers courses on explaining complex concepts and lab-based instruction, supporting technical instructors.
🔹 Assessment, QA & Certification Specialist — Expert in competency-based assessment, IQA, and awarding body requirements (Pearson preferred). Delivers assessor calibration and QA/IQA courses, ensuring audit-ready systems.
🔹 Coaching & Instructor Development Specialist — Specialist in coaching, feedback, and instructor observation. Delivers coaching conversations and feedback-to-instructors courses.
🔹 Certification & Assessment Lead (L3 Award Specialist) Deep expertise in the Pearson Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent). Designs the full certification pathway, guides assignment strategy.
🔹 Learning Governance & Standards Expert (SAT Aligned) Senior specialist to design the Instructor Competency Framework, Teaching Standards Manual, and Qualification & Certification Matrix, ensuring full alignment with SAT requirements.
What we're looking for across roles:
✅ Proven experience in regulated / high-risk industry training environments
✅ Strong facilitation, assessment, and coaching capabilities
✅ Familiarity with Level 3 Award in Education & Training or equivalent frameworks
✅ Commitment to quality, consistency, and audit-readiness
