Lead Two’s Teacher

Requirements:
– For Lead Teacher Position: AAS/BA/BS in Early Childhood or a related field. Minimum requirement is EDU 119/Early Childhood Credentials.
– For Assistant Teacher Position: NC ECE credentials or working towards it (enrolled in classes)
– Background check letter from the Division of Child Development and Early Education
Responsibilities:
– Provide an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages creativity, exploration and decision-making by the children.
– Implements the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule using the curriculum outlines and materials.
– Ensuring that all parents, children, and classroom staff concerns are appropriately addressed.
– Follow all policies and procedures as outlined by administration.
