Key Responsibilities
– Lead and manage a preschool classroom with warmth and professionalism
– Implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans
– Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development
– Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
– Build positive relationships with families
– Collaborate with administration and team members
– Follow school policies and maintain high classroom standards
– Support school readiness and kindergarten preparation goals
– Experience with VPK classrooms or Florida readiness programs is highly valued
Qualifications
– CDA (Child Development Associate) required
– DCF 45 Hours completed (required or in progress)
– Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field valued
– Bilingual English / Spanish required
– Previous preschool classroom experience preferred
– Strong communication and classroom management skills
– Reliable, positive, professional attitude

· Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8-hour shift
· Hours: 40 hours per week
· Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour (Higher compensation may be considered for highly qualified candidates).
