Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to nurture and educate children aged 3 to 4 years old. Responsibilities
- Impeccable reliability and strong work ethic (less than 2 unplanned absences per year)
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth.
- Manage classroom activities to ensure safety, discipline, and positive behavior management.
- Support children with special educational needs through tailored activities and early intervention strategies.
- Foster effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative learning atmosphere.
- Conduct assessments of children’s progress using standardized testing methods and document developmental milestones.
- Incorporate childcare best practices such as toddler care techniques, classroom management skills, and child welfare principles into daily routines.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom or daycare setting.
- Knowledge of childhood development theories and early intervention strategies.
- Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management.
- Familiarity with special education practices and literacy education techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to engage children effectively and collaborate with parents and team members.
- Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred.
