Position: Lead Academic Principal for Student Success
Drive educational excellence as an Academic Principal at Canada’s National Ballet School, where your passion will empower students and promote critical thinking in ballet education.
The selected candidate will take charge of the academic program, ensuring a supportive and equitable environment for all students in grades 6 to 12. Your leadership will extend to curriculum development, student support, and compliance with education regulations, all while engaging closely with families and external stakeholders to support student well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee academic programming for grades 6–12
• Mentor and evaluate educators within the program
• Foster an inclusive learning environment for all students
• Collaborate with health and artistic program leaders
• Manage academic records and reporting for students
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Education
• Effective Principal or Vice Principal experience
• Knowledge of Ontario curriculum and Ministry requirements
• Commitment to equity and diversity in education
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
