Position: Kindergarten Teaching Role at BrightPath
Join Bright Path Educational Supports as a Certificated Kindergarten Teacher, fostering inclusive learning environments in Calgary, Edmonton, and Red Deer. Collaborate closely with families and educational teams.
This teaching position requires an Alberta Education interim or permanent certification. As you engage with children in our Kindergarten and PUF programs, you’ll fulfill half your duties in teaching and the other half in writing Individual Program Plans. Working with a variety of stakeholders, you will promote a culture of inclusion and diversity in line with best educational practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach in accordance with the Alberta Education Curriculum
• Write and implement Individual Program Plans
• Participate collaboratively within a Professional Learning Community
• Complete necessary paperwork, report cards, and plans
• Build strong relationships through effective communication
Requirements:
• Valid Alberta Bachelor of Education degree
• Current police clearance and vulnerable sector check
• Reliable vehicle and driver’s license
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
• Current Standard First Aid and Child CPR certification
