Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten Huntly is a brand-new purpose-built centre located in a growing community. The centre offers modern learning spaces enriched outdoor environments and high-quality resources to support exceptional learning experiences.
The Opportunity
This role provides an exciting opportunity to build and lead your own kindergarten program while contributing to the culture and identity of a newly opened Aspire centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences across indoor and outdoor environments
- Implement and lead a high-quality kindergarten program
- Support social emotional and cognitive development
- Promote language development through play and structured experiences
- Maintain a safe inclusive and nurturing learning environment
- Observe assess and document children’s progress
- Build strong relationships with families, team members and the local community
- Ensure compliance with policies procedures and regulatory requirements
Qualifications Required
- Graduate Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education with current VIT registration
- First Aid Asthma and Anaphylaxis and Food Handlers Certificate

- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Effective lesson planning and documentation skills
- Confident classroom and behaviour management
