*Key Responsibilities:*

*Required Qualifications:*
– Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
– Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or equivalent qualification preferred.
– Prior experience in kindergarten, preschool, or primary education is an advantage.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
– Creativity, patience, empathy, and strong classroom management skills.

– Knowledge of activity-based and experiential learning methodologies.
– Ability to engage children through storytelling, music, games, and creative activities.
