Active Explorers Shakespeare Street is a caring, close-knit centre in Greymouth. With a large outdoor space and welcoming indoor environments, we offer plenty of room to explore, create and connect. We’re on the lookout for a Certificated Kaiako to join our team – someone who brings heart, purpose, and passion each day.

- 32 working hours through Tuesday to Friday – enjoy a long weekend every week, with Mondays free to discover the Coast and soak up all Greymouth has to offer.

What we are looking for in you:
- You are passionate about teaching and always ready to learn and grow.
- Proven ECE experience in New Zealand.
- You are ECE Qualified and hold Current or Provisional Teaching Registration.
- A good working knowledge of the Te Whāriki framework to build from.
- A warm, positive teaching style rooted in empathy and care.
- A genuine love for teamwork and the ability to grow with others.
- Currently eligibility to work in New Zealand.
- Flexible to work through centre opening and closing shifts.
